We limit how many homes built to 3 or 4 each year so that we can deliver your dreams on time.
Once we have your initial ideas, we will arrange for you to view a selection of suitable plots. Once you have decided on the plot the next step to purchasing your home in Paphos is to meet with our designer and architect. The correct positioning of property on your chosen parcel of land is very important. Detailed attention will be given to the position of the sun, obtaining the best views, circulation areas etc.
