Location
We build homes in the rural agricultural areas of Paphos close to the villages on plots of land starting from 350sq.m up to some 5000sq.m plus with sea, mountain and country views. We try to vary our choice of plots. Some are slightly elevated so the view is guaranteed for life yet you are not "unless preferred" isolated on the top of a hill. Other plots nestle in the countryside or village. We limit how many homes built to 3 or 4 each year so that we can deliver your dreams on time.
Once we have your initial ideas, we will arrange for you to view a selection of suitable plots. Once you have decided on the plot the next step to purchasing your home in Paphos is to meet with our designer and architect. The correct positioning of property on your chosen parcel of land is very important.
